JOINT STATEMENT OF THE COMMUNIST AND WORKERS’ PARTIES ON THE ONE YEAR SINCE THE IMPERIALIST WAR IN UKRAINE

We must strengthen the struggle against the monopolies and the bourgeois classes, for the overthrow of capitalism, for the strengthening of the class struggle against the imperialist war, for socialism!

One year has passed since the start of the imperialist conflict in Ukraine, which is one of the consequences of the tragic situation that has developed for the peoples after the overthrow of socialism and the dissolution of the Soviet Union. 

Communist and Workers Parties condemn the anti-communist practices of the Venezuelan government

In a joint statement, Communist and Workers Parties condemn the anti-communist machinations by the social democratic government of Venezuela and express their solidarity towards the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV). The full statement reads:

The organizations and people who subscribe this statement see with great concern the expressions of Diosdado Cabello, First Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), broadcast through his program on VTV, "Con el mazo dando". In them, the leadership of the Communist Party of Venezuela and its Secretary General, Óscar Figuera, are accused of being a “representative of the United States”, among other serious accusations of a similar nature.

Joint statement of Communist and Workers' Parties on the valuable experience of the great strikes and demonstrations of the working class and the people of Kazakhstan:

1.   At the beginning of 2022, Kazakhstan, the former Soviet Republic of Central Asia, has been shaken by mass workers’ and people’s mobilizations, whose cause lies in the sharpened economic, social, and political problems faced by workers due to the restoration of capitalism in the country, 30 years after the counter-revolution and the dissolution of the USSR, when the power and the means of production passed into the hands of capital and the multinational monopolies now control a large part of the mining sector of the economy.

Communist Parties on the situation in Donbass: "Fascism can’t be healed!"

A number of Communist Parties and organizations from Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan undersign a joint statement about the situation in Donbass. 

 

Under the title "Fascism can't be healed", they call for internationalist workers' solidarity against the imperialists and their fascist puppets.

Free Carmen Villalba! Joint statement by Communist Parties denounces the Paraguayan government

In a joint statement titled "For the validity of the rule of law: freedom for prisoners with completed sentences", Communist and Workers' Parties denounce the illegal detention of Carmen Villalba despite the fact that she has completed all her prison sentences.

The undersigned Communist and Workers Parties denounce the Paraguayan government to the international community for the illegal detention of Carmen Villalba, who is still being held in the Asunción Women's Prison, in Paraguay, despite the effective fulfillment of her sentence.

Communist and Workers’ Parties strongly denounce NATO's aggressive agenda

In a joint statement Communist and Workers' Parties strongly denounce the aggressive plans of NATO confirmed in the recent Summit in Brussels and warn that the "NATO 2030" strategic agenda is a "preparation for war". The full statement reads:

A YEAR OF CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC — JOINT STATEMENT BY COMMUNIST AND WORKERS' PARTIES

A year after the outbreak of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Communist and Workers' Parties from all over the world issued a statement assessing the current situation and pledge to continue the struggle for public, free and universal healthcare services, as well as for protection of the workers-people's democratic rights. 

 

The statement, among others, underline the fact that the pandemic has highlighted the necessity of Socialism which can put the contemporary scientific and technological potential at the service of the people's needs.

Joint Statement: Slander and threats against the Communist Party of Venezuela are unacceptable

More than 40 Communist and Workers' Parties sign a joint statement denouncing the attempt by Venezuela's governing party PSUV and President Maduro to politically marginalize and undermine the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV).

KKE: The joint action and coordination of the Communist Parties under pandemic conditions

The recent successful tele-conference held by the Communist and Workers’ Parties that cooperate within the framework of the European Communist Initiative, in which 24 parties from many European countries participate, constituted a new form of exchanging opinions and coordination of their efforts.
