Dear compatriots!
In the first hour of Sunday, the first of Tir 1404 [June 22, 2025], based on published reports, American fighter jets and the naval fleet of this country bombed three nuclear sites in Iran in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, and thus, together with Netanyahu’s criminal regime, officially entered the war against Iran.
Devastating war, struggle against imperialism, and national interests
After weeks of indirect negotiations between the Islamic Republic and the Trump administration—which, according to the Wall Street Journal, were aimed at “limiting the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program” and were seen by many as a suitable path to maintaining regional peace—these negotiations ultimately “turned into a convenient cover for a surprise Israeli attack.”
The Tudeh Party of Iran and the Communist Party of Israel strongly condemn the continuous Israeli aggression in the region, and its latest attack on Iran which is in direct violation of international law. We demand an immediate halt to all military action resulting in significant civilian casualties on both sides.
Based on reports from domestic and foreign media, around noon on Saturday, 26 April 2025, a fire broke out at Rajaee Quay, located 23 kilometres west of Bandar Abbas. The blaze initially started in a limited number of containers. It quickly spread to other containers within the area under the supervision of “Sina Gostaresh Company”, leading to powerful explosions. The resulting sound waves and air pressure were audible and felt within a 50-kilometer radius.
"The presidential election show, which the ruling regime of Iran was eagerly hoping to turn into a grand endorsement of the theocratic regime, ended with the majority of the nation boycotting it. Even according to the official statistics, in several major cities, including the capital Tehran, voter turnout barely exceeded 30%. According to ISNA, the head of the election office in Tehran province said: "The number of eligible voters for the fourteenth presidential election was 10,199,742, and in this election, on June 25th, 3,366,264 ballots were used in the capital."
With the death of Ebrahim Raisi, the criminal servant of the ruling dictatorship, the "homogeneous regime" project favoured by ["Supreme Leader"] Khamenei has suffered another blow. This project, centred around Raisi's administration, had already overseen major failures in both domestic and foreign policy over the past three years.
Below you can read the basic parts of the statement:
"Ebrahim Raisi was a criminal agent of the Islamic Republic of Iran, an agent who played a key role in the killing of freedom fighters in Iran during the last four decades.
The world has well and truly entered a dangerous epoch, with humanity currently facing a series of interconnected existential threats.
"Dear conscious compatriots, workers, and toilers!
Progressive and freedom-loving forces of Iran!
The twelfth "election" of the Islamic Parliament and the sixth "election" of the Assembly of Experts will take place on 1 March. According to a report by the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran, more than 11,000 individuals (52% of registered applicants) were approved by the vetting process [to stand as candidates] and the results [of the vetting] were sent to them via text message by the "National Elections Headquarters" on 5 January.
We, the undersigned communist and workers' parties, express our full and active solidarity with the Tudeh Party of Iran (TPI) as it marks the 40th anniversary of the second wave of the attack by the theocratic regime that rounded up 10,000 of itsmembers, including key cadres, on 27 April 1983. 100s of those arrested were killed under torture or subsequently executed.
On 28 June 2022, Ali Khamenei broadcasted a message on social media designed to intimidate the people [of Iran] and brazenly defend the murderous crimes of the regime during the 1980s - threatening to have them repeated in the current conditions, stating," The God of the 1980s is the same God as this year's!". This is a clear sign of the [veteran] dictator's concerns about the regime's critical situation.
There needs to be a widening of international solidarity with the Iranian people's struggle for freedom, independence, social justice, peace, and national sovereignty!
Dear Comrades,
Delegates participating in the 7th Congress of the Tudeh Party of Iran extend their warm fraternal greetings to the communist and workers parties (CWPs) of the world who have supported the struggles of the working-class and working people of our country in defence of peace, progress, and democratic rights and freedoms overt he recent difficult and turbulent decades.
"The historical NO of the people, and the national and freedom-loving forces of Iran, to the authoritarian theocratic regime and the scandalous charade of the presidential elections of June 18th, 2021...
Moving forward towards the establishment of an inclusive social movement aimed at rejecting the theocratic regime and changing the corrupt and anti-people political system in Iran!
Mourning the passing of the Party's “voice of righteousness”, tireless militant, and “spiritual asset” of Iran’s working people!
It is with deep sorrow that the Central Committee of the Tudeh Party of Iran announces the passing of Comrade Ali Khavari, the veteran Leader of the Tudeh Party of Iran.
As the days of Donald Trump's presidency and those of the racist neo-con US administration draw to a close, the world's mass media have in recent days reported on the alarming news of a dangerous escalation in the possibility of a military conflict between the US and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, head of the Research and Innovation Organisation of the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics, was killed in a terrorist attack in the Absardvicinity of Damavand on Friday, November 27, according to Iranian and international media. Fakhrizadeh, who was involved in research and development activities in the nuclear industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, had been [a name] cited for several years in relation to the Iranian nuclear issue.
