“This year’s Day of Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli prisons (17/4) coincides with the escalation of the aggression of the Israeli state against Palestinians and in general, which is taking on dangerous dimensions.
The KKE expresses its solidarity with the struggling Palestinian people and the thousands of political prisoners in Israeli prisons.
"To the People of Sudan:
The intense violent military clash between the generals of the Security Committee and their forces is exposing the masses of our people to danger and recklessness of the counter-revolutionary forces' ambitions and to more bloodshed.
The 8th of April marked the 10th death anniversary of the so-called “Iron Lady”, Margaret Thatcher. Following the announcement of her death, on 8 April 2013, spontaneous celebrations erupted in numerous working class neighborhoods throughout Britain.
The fact that thousands of Britons, old and young, welcomed happily the news of the Iron Lady's death wasn't a coincidence: Throughout her political career Baroness Thatcher made everything in order to establish herself as a fierce enemy of the working class.

This week the US President, Biden, is in Ireland, supposedly to mark the 25th anniversary of the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement. This is a pretext. He will spend very little time in Northern Ireland where he has one brief engagement.
The full speech reads as follows:
The outbreak of the imperialist war in Ukraine has sharpened the contradictions within the international communist movement around serious ideological-political issues that have been plaguing it for years and express the opportunist influence in its ranks. Naturally, the focus was on the stance towards the imperialist character of the war that is being waged between the USA-NATO-EU and capitalist Russia on the territory of Ukraine, the stance towards the bourgeoisie and its political representatives such as social democracy, the problematic analyses of the imperialist system and the position of China and Russia, and other issues, more deeply connected with the question of the erroneous strategy of stages towards socialism, of support for and participation in bourgeois governments.

Recently, the website of the Russian Communist Workers' Party (RCWP) published an interview with Haz Al-Din, a U.S citizen of Arab origin, who alongside with others have created an “online collective” known as “Infrared”. This person considers himself to be a “Marxist-Leninist” and, as the RCWP website informs us in the introduction, he “infiltrates” the U.S Republican Party. Apparently, this is something interesting for the RCWP which decided to present his views in Russia.

Finland's social democrat PM Sanna Marin. |
By Panos Alepliotis.
No, it's not about another unknown Bunuel film. But if he had lived and knew about Finland's election results, he could write a script and direct something similar.
After the Social Democrats did the “dirty work” of throwing the country into NATO and building a 300 km long wall against Russia, they failed to come on top in the elections. No particular surprise... The right came in first place, the ultra-right in second and Sanna only in third place. It seems that the Finns are are ungrateful...
The Communist Party of Swaziland, a vivid Marxist-Leninist party in the African continent, was founded in 2011 and consisted a historic move in the struggle of the people of Eswatini (Swaziland) against the authoritarian regime of King Mswati II and the exploitative capitalist system.
More specifically, PCM stresses out:
We must strengthen the struggle against the monopolies and the bourgeois classes, for the overthrow of capitalism, for the strengthening of the class struggle against the imperialist war, for socialism!
One year has passed since the start of the imperialist conflict in Ukraine, which is one of the consequences of the tragic situation that has developed for the peoples after the overthrow of socialism and the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
Their peace is being built upon the ashes and in the fire of the imperialist war
“Those at the top say:
Peace and war
Are of different substance.
But their peace and their war
Are like wind and storm.
War grows from their peace
Like son from his mother.
He bears
Her frightful features.”
— B. Brecht, From A German War Primer
The 20th March 2023 marked the twentieth anniversary since the imperialist invasion of the U.S, Britain and their allies in Iraq.
Back then, the so-called “Iraqi Freedom” operation, initiated by the U.S government under George W. Bush, was an advanced sequel of the first imperialist war in Iraq in 1990-91, within the framework of the Gulf War. The aim was the same: The strengthening of the position of the U.S monopolies in the geostrategically significant region of the Middle East.
