The Communist Party of the Workers of Spain (PCTE) condemns with all
its strength the fatal attacks against migrant people and people of
migrant descent in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. These facts were not isolated,
but inscribed in a dangerous reactionary escalation in our country.
The PCTE denounces that a narrative deliberately associating migration and criminality is being implemented and normalized in the public debate and the general common sense. Such relation has no rigorous statistical support.
