Subject: Response to the slanderous attack of the “Appeal”
Dear comrades,
On 11 June 2025, SolidNet received an “Appeal” from Parties attempting yet another slanderous attack, initiated by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) and the Russian Communist Workers’ Party (RCWP), regarding an article by the International Relations Section of the CC of the KKE entitled “On the International Anti-Fascist Forum in Moscow”.
"The Communist Party of Mexico expresses its solidarity with the multinational working class of the United States, which faces the anti-immigrant policies promoted by the North American state, both by the Republican and Democratic parties, as demonstrated by the mass deportations under the governments of Bush, Obama, and Biden, and which are now intensifying in Trump's second term.

Driven by deep convictions on the safety of their fellow working class members, hundreds of protestors made the courageous decision to directly confront ICE agents. ICE has been a weapon of terror wielded by the ruling class against the workers of this country. Brutalizing migrant workers and breaking up families, Democratic and Republican governments alike have set these dogs on migrant workers. The anger of large sectors of the population with the policies of different managers of capital is growing.
As TASS reminds, Osh is the second largest city after Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The administration assured that the decision was made based on expediency, and not because of Russophobia.
"There is no transparency in the entire process of how Starlink was accorded permission to operate in our country. StarLink is a foreign corporation and handing over India’s critical infrastructure to foreign hands has serious security implications. It provides a backdoor to US agencies into our telecom system and even our strategic communications.
We condemn the decision of the government to criminalize the communist movement in the Czech Republic
We condemn the new anti-communist decision of the Fiala government and the Czech Parliament, which criminalizes ‘any form of support or promotion of the communist movement’ as part of the changes to the criminal code that were adopted.

More specifically, the amendment invokes the known, unhistorical and shameful theory of the "two extremes", thus equating communism with the monster of nazism; under the amended criminal law, the public display of the sickle and hammer or the Soviet flag would incur similar penalty as bearing swastikas or other Third Reich symbols!
Venezuela’s regional and parliamentary elections held on May 25 took place in a deeply undemocratic context, characterized by marked institutional opacity, particularly with regard to the criteria for the creation of the new electoral district corresponding to Guayana Esequiba; the absence of guarantees for political organizations and the electorate; the imposition of authoritarian political controls by the PSUV government elite; as well as a series of actions that demonstrate the systematic dismantling of the constitutional and legal framework.
More specifically, on Friday 13 June, political and cultural events, with the participation of the General Secretary of the Party, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, will be held in the city of Lamia, birthplace of Velouchiotis,
In recent years, various European countries have implemented laws that prohibit the public display of communist symbols, as well as the existence of communist parties, in the context of a reactionary wave of anti-communism.
Interestingly, at a time when socialism has long since disappeared from the European continent, the authorities are legislating with the aim of criminalizing an ideology that has historically been linked to significant social achievements for workers, especially during the early stage of the Soviet Union.
In a demonstration held in Haifa on May 31, Odeh sharply criticized the far-right Israeli government, claiming the country has become isolated internationally. “Israel has become a pariah state among the nations of the world, including in the West,” Odeh stated.
NATO is conducting a massive military exercise involving 12,000 troops until June 9th in the Balkans, centered around Alexandroupolis/Dedeağaç. Led by the USA, which relentlessly seeks to tighten its grip on the region, this operation is not about defense—it is a blatant act of aggression, just like all other NATO maneuvers. As always, the ones caught in the crosshairs are the working people.
Abraham (Avraam) Benaroya was born to a Shephardic Jew family in 1886 in Bidin, in the then Principality of Bulgaria, a vassal state of the Ottoman Empire. He began studying at the Faculty of Law in the University of Belgrade, but didn't graduate; instead, he became a teacher in Plovdiv. Being a polyglot, Abraham was fluent in at least six languages, including Ladino, Greek, Bulgarian, Serbian, English and Turkish.
Mr President,
These days we are witnessing a new escalation in the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza by the Israeli state, which has so far caused over 61,000 casualties, of whom more than 28,000 are women and girls.
The centre-right Democratic Alliance of Prime Minister Luis Montenegro won 91 seats in the 230-seat single-chamber parliament, including two from out-of-country voting. While it garnered more seats than in 2024, it again fell short of a majority needed to end a long period of instability.
1. The Imperialist system is not limited to the USA alone. Nor is it a nebulous enemy to blame at will. Imperialism is the name for the world system dominated by international monopolies. In this system, capitalist countries compete with each other to seize a larger share of the world’s wealth and to conquer new areas of investment and exploitation.

On Thursday 22 May, in light of the dramatic developments experienced by the Palestinian people due to the brutality of the Israeli state, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, the GS of the CC and President of the KKE Parliamentary Group, sent a letter to the leaders of the opposition parliamentary groups (excluding the fascists of the ‘Spartans’ party). Despite the different positions held by political parties, the letter was sent based on the unanimous decision of the Greek Parliament in 2015 to recognize the Palestinian state.
According to the brothers, they were walking to a hospital when a police car suddenly stopped near them. Officers jumped out, claiming the brothers were «wanted for evading military service,» and attempted to forcibly take them to a recruitment center (TCC).
