More specifically, as 902 portal reports, mayor Ilias Stamelos and 20 members of the Kaisariani Municipal Council, have been called by the Decentralised Administration of Attica on the basis of "dereliction of duty". What was their crime? The fact that they didn't appeal a first instance decision taken by a court which vindicated five municipal workers concerning their right to employment.

Heir to the most genuine of revolutionary thought, promoter of socialist society and undisputedly responsible for a small Island, 90 miles from the United States, to have managed to build a society different from the stigmas established for the so-called Third World nations.
We will celebrate his life and main legacy: example. We will return to Fidel with poems, songs and tributes. We will fill public spaces and media with images and activities. But will it be enough?
