In October, the Party of Labour of Austria celebrates the tenth anniversary of its foundation. On 12 October 2013, the Party of Labour of Austria was founded as the Marxist-Leninist party of the Austrian working class.
To mark this occasion, the Party organizes an event in Vienna on 7 October and calls fraternal parties, comrades and friends to send greeting messages.

The Party of Labour of Austria participates in the International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (IMCWP). The Party's current leader is Tibor Zenker and its official gazette is "Zeitung der Arbeit".
