It is no coincidence that even today, almost 35 years after the counter-revolution, this glory is reflected in opinion polls in Russia, where overwhelmingly, over 60% of the responses indicate that the period of socialist construction, of the Soviet Union, is the best period in the history of Russia. Similar findings are also reflected in other countries of the former USSR. In fact, in the most recent surveys, the percentage of young people who have not experienced socialism, but who are positioned on the side of defending the Soviet period, as a period of "justice", rights, stability and prosperity for the people, is increasing.
