Communist Youth of Denmark: Socialist or Capitalist? The political character of contemporary China

Socialist or Capitalist? Is China an imperialist state? A comprehensive article by the Communist Youth of Denmark (DKU), adopted by its Third General Assembly, on the political character of contemporary China:

The question of whether or not modern China is a socialist country, is one of the most polarizing issues among self-proclaimed Marxist-Leninists today. DKU's position on this question defines our position on a wide range of theoretical, political, philosophical and economic issues that we have to deal with in our daily activities. Therefore, we must give a clear answer to our view on the political character of China.

The Press Office of the CC of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) issued a statement on the NATO Summit in Vilnius, which reads as follows:

“The NATO Summit in Vilnius (Lithuania), which is due to be held on 11–12 July 2023, will add further fuel to the fire of imperialist wars and rivalries. These rivalries are currently manifested in the fierce military conflict in Ukraine, as well as in the tension in the Indo-Pacific and other regions, where the struggle over raw materials, energy, the transport routes of the commodities, market shares, i.e. for the division of capital’s profits, is escalating.

Czech historian Josef Skála persecuted for challenging the official narrative on the Katyn massacre!

Do you dare to challenge the official anti-communist narrative in historical issues? You will be persecuted! This seems to be the case of
Dr
Josef Skála, a Marxist historian and politician from Czech Republic, who is persecuted because of his research on the Katyn Massacre (a Nazi crime that has been attributed to the Soviets)!

This is a new episode in the escalation of anti-communist hysteria throughout the EU, especially in the countries of Eastern Europe, where socialist-era monuments are being demolished and the activity of communists is criminalized.

Trump’s statements and PSUV’s false anti-imperialism

Recently, the ultra-conservative former president of the United States, Donald Trump, revealed during a pre-election campaign rally the true objective he pursued with the criminal unilateral sanctions against Venezuela during his administration: to collapse the national economy in order to bring about a change of government and thus take control over the country’s oil wealth.

The government leadership and the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and its propaganda machine did not miss the opportunity to use Trump’s confession to feed the narrative with which they seek to absolve President Maduro’s administration from any responsibility for the country’s crisis.

Requiem For a “Leftist” Servant of the Capital

Following SYRIZA's double resounding electoral defeat in the parliamentary elections of 21 May and 25 June, Alexis Tsipras announced that he steps down from the party leadership after 15 years.

This is almost certainly not the end of 49-year-old Tsipras' political career his talent in demagogy will be proved useful for the bourgeois class in the future —  but provides us a chance to review and evaluate some major aspects of his so far contribution to Greek politics.

Greek Elections 2023: KKE's significant rise with 7.7% and more than 400,000 votes sends hopeful message

In a statement about the recent developments in Russia, with the "rebellion" of Prigozhin's Wagner against the government of Vladimir Putin, the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Communist Youth Union (Bolsheviks) points out:

"On June 23, 2023, the owner of the Wagner private military company, Yevgeny Prigozhin, declared a rebellion and moved his troops into the territory of the Russian Federation. Rabid anti-communist Putin likens Wagner rebellion to the 1917 October Revolution

In his today's statement over the ongoing developments in Russia, President Vladimir Putin went so far as to liken the stance of Wagner private army and its leader Prigozhin with the 1917 Great October Socialist Revolution!

Once again,  President Putin has chosen to make absolutely clear that anti-communism is a key element of the Russian government's policy.

Who forgets Putin's hideously slanderous attacks against Vladimir Lenin and his even more vicious comments against the legacy of Joseph Stalin?

Greek Elections: KKE or Barbarism

“Only a strong KKE can strengthen the genuine 100% militant people’s opposition against the omnipotence of the policy of capital, against the New Democracy government, against the ‘opposition ministry’ of SYRIZA-PASOK and all the parties of the system. This is the only way to create cracks within this negative correlation of forces.”

The above quote from the speech of Dimitris Koutsoumbas, General Secretary of the CC of the KKE, in the large pre-election rally in Athens summarizes the whole significance of Sunday's parliamentary elections in Greece
