Spanish communists slam Juan Carlos, call for an end to the institution of the monarchy

In a statement published on its website, the Communist Party of the Workers of Spain (PCTE) commented on the decision of the embattled ex-King Juan Carlos to leave the country amid investigations for corruption scandals.

The royal parasite, whose full name is Juan Carlos Alfonso Víctor María de Borbón, reigned as King of Spain from November 1975 until his abdication in June 2014.

In the statement, the PCTE points out:
"Today, the Royal Household has issued a note with the alleged letter from Juan Carlos de Borbón announcing his departure from Spain. The statement is released when the flight has already been consummated.
It is not a hasty flight, it had been planned for weeks as it had been leaked to the press. The judiciary has not moved a finger to prevent the corrupt king from escaping despite having open investigations, making it easier for him to escape with the stolen money. The Spanish government is also necessarily complicit in this flight since it is clearly a state operation.
Juan Carlos de Borbón does not flee due to popular pressure. He flees to avoid being the focus of continuous scandals and corruption that were going to wear down the monarchy in the coming years. The monarchy releases its weights in order to continue perpetuating itself and fulfill its historical role as guarantor of the Spanish capitalist system.
The PCTE calls for an end to the institution of the monarchy and that noone is fooled by the Social Democratic government, which has verbally criticized Juan Carlos de Borbón, but with his actions has facilitated his flight and impunity."
