The Communist Youth of Greece condemns the arrest of Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi

In a statement (here in Greek) about the arrest of young Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi by the Israeli Armed Forces in occupied West Bank, the Press Office of the CC of the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE), stresses out:

"The Communist Youth of Greece condemns the arrest of Ahed Tamimi by the Israeli army and demands her immediate release. The 22-year-old Palestinian fighter became a symbol of the heroic struggle of the Palestinian people against the Israeli occupation, when the image of the then-teenage Ahed slapping the armored Israeli soldiers traveled all over the world, and for this reason she was imprisoned for 8 months by the Israeli state.

Greek Communist Youth: Protest outside the Israeli embassy, in solidarity with Palestine

Holding banners with messages of solidarity towards the Palestinian people and red flags, numerous members and friends of the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE) participated yesterday in a protest outside the embassy of Israel in Athens.
With slogans such as "Freedom to Palestine", "People aren't terrorists, Israelis out of Gaza" and "Solidarity with the struggle of  the people, down with the capitalists' authority", the demonstrators gathered outside the embassy and condemned the continuous crime of USA-NATO-Israel against the people of Palestine, the hypocritical stance of the EU which actually equates the victim with the perpetrator, as well as the recent decision by the US government to recognize Jerusalem as "Israel's capital".

PAME denounces the persecution of palestinian teen Ahed Tamimi by the state of Israel

Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi, 16.
The Youth Secretariat of the All-Workers Militant Front (PAME) denounces the murderer-state of Israel, which, once again revealed its barbarous face by arresting and imprisoning young children simply because they are defending their homes.
The arrest and charging with 12 accusations against 16-year-old Palestinian Ahed Tamimi, from an Israeli military court, is one more proof for all those who, together with the USA and Israel, talk about "Democracy and Freedom," and imposing their "right" with military courts, imprisonment and murder of young children.
It is a proof against the SYRIZA-ANEL government, which speaks of Peace and stability in the region, and builds relations with murderer states like Israel, which imprisons and murders young children, while the SYRIZA-ANEL Government continues to refrain from recognizing the Palestinian state.
