On the occasion of the “International Summit Against Anti-Fascism”
The US government is reportedly planning to organize an “International Summit” this summer, with the participation of various countries, focusing on “strategies to counter the anti-fascist movement”.
According to reports, White House and State Department officials describe such actions and groups as a “serious threat to national security”.
Under the labels of “terrorism” and “threat to national security”, virtually anything can be included, owing to their broad interpretation, which functions as a tool of repression in the hands of the state. Ultimately, the target becomes the “enemy” —namely the people, the organized movement and its political vanguard— which is regarded as the greatest threat to their decaying system. That is where the core of their repression ultimately leads, as global contradictions intensify and, through the haze of imperialist propaganda, the struggle to overthrow capitalism —which gives rise to wars and exploitation— emerges as the only way out for the peoples.
The experienced US bourgeoisie is looking ahead and taking the lead in forming international coalitions of internal repression.
The people, too, must look ahead, shaping today their own independent plan of action that will enable them to take the lead in these developments. This requires rejecting pacifist “voices” that call on them to fight for a “pro-peace” NATO, or to form tactical alliances with Trump, or —in the name of a false “anti-fascism” and “anti-imperialism”— with Putin’s Russia, which emerged from the overthrow of socialism and the dismantling of the Soviet people’s achievements, or with the China of billionaires, which today seeks supremacy in international capitalism.
The power to turn things “upside down” lies with the working class itself, together with the poor popular strata allied with it, supported by strong Communist parties, rooted in the workplaces and guided by a revolutionary strategy that corresponds to the character of our era —the revolutionary transition from capitalism to socialism–communism.

Относительно «Международного саммита против антифашизма»
Американское правительство планирует организовать летом «Международный саммит» на тему «Стратегии борьбы с антифашистским движением», в котором примут участие различные страны.
В разных публикациях приводятся слова высокопоставленных лиц Белого дома и Госдепартамента, которые характеризуют антифашистские группы и их деятельность как «серьёзную угрозу национальной безопасности». Представитель же Госдепартамента свалил в одну кучу анархистов, марксистов и воинствующих экстремистов, чтобы осудить «террористическую кампанию», которую те якобы ведут в Соединённых Штатах и во всем западном мире на протяжении десятилетий, совершая взрывы, избиения, стрельбу и беспорядки в угоду своей радикальной повестке.
При расширительном толковании, которое является инструментом репрессий в руках государства, под понятия "терроризм" и "угроза национальной безопасности" подпадает все что угодно. В конечном счёте целью всегда оказывается "народ-враг", организованное народное движение и его политический авангард, являющийся главной угрозой для изжившей себя системы. В этом и заключается суть их репрессивной политики в условиях, когда противоречия во всем мире обостряются, а сквозь туман империалистической пропаганды начинает проступать единственный путь для народов — борьба за свержение капитализма, порождающего войны и эксплуатацию.
Опытная американская буржуазия смотрит вперёд и выступает инициатором создания международных коалиций по осуществлению внутренних репрессий.
Такими же дальновидными должны быть и народы, разрабатывая сегодня свой самостоятельный план действий, который позволит им стать протагонистами происходящих событий, отвергнуть пацифистские голоса, призывающие их бороться за некое "миролюбивое" НАТО, вступать в тактические союзы с Трампом, либо — во имя фальшивого "антифашизма" и "антиимпериализма" — с путинской Россией, возникшей в результате свержения социализма и уничтожения завоеваний советского народа, или с лидирующим по количеству миллиардеров Китаем, претендующим сегодня на гегемонию в мировой капиталистической системе.
Рабочий класс и союзные ему бедные слои населения обладают силой способной перевернуть всё с ног на голову. Для этого им необходимы сильные коммунистические партии, пустившие корни на рабочих местах и вооружённые революционной стратегией, соответствующей характеру нашей эпохи — эпохи революционного перехода от капитализма к социализму- коммунизму.

Con motivo de la “Cumbre Internacional contra el Antifascismo”
El gobierno estadounidense tiene previsto organizar este verano una “Cumbre Internacional” en la que participarán diversos países y cuyo objetivo serán las “estrategias de confrontación del movimiento antifascista”.
Un artículo cita a funcionarios de la Casa Blanca y del Departamento de Estado, que califican tales acciones y grupos de “grave amenaza para la seguridad nacional”. Por su parte, el portavoz del Departamento de Estado metió en el mismo saco a “anarquistas, marxistas y extremistas violentos” para denunciar la “campaña de terror” que han librado “en EE.UU. y en todo el mundo occidental durante décadas, perpetrando atentados con bombas, agresiones, tiroteos y disturbios al servicio de su agenda extremista”.
Bajo los epígrafes de “terrorismo” y “amenaza para la seguridad nacional” cabe de todo, gracias a su interpretación extensiva, que es un arma de represión en manos del Estado. Al final del camino siempre se encuentra el “pueblo enemigo”, el movimiento organizado y su vanguardia política, que es la mayor amenaza para su sistema podrido. Ahí es donde, además, desemboca el núcleo de su represión, a medida que las contradicciones se agudizan a nivel mundial y, a través de la niebla de la propaganda imperialista, se perfila como única salida para los pueblos la lucha por el derrocamiento del capitalismo que engendra guerras y explotación.
La burguesía estadounidense experimentada mira hacia el futuro y lidera coaliciones internacionales de represión interna.
Los pueblos deben mirar también hacia adelante, elaborando hoy su propio plan de acción independiente que les abra el camino para protagonizar los acontecimientos, rechazando esas “voces” pacifistas que les llaman a luchar por una OTAN “pacifista”, o a forjar alianzas tácticas con Trump, o en nombre de un falso “antifascismo” y “antiimperialismo” con la Rusia de Putin, surgida del derrocamiento del socialismo y la destrucción de las conquistas del pueblo soviético, o con la China de los multimillonarios, que hoy reclama el primer puesto en el capitalismo internacional.
El poder para poner “todo patas arriba” lo tiene la propia clase obrera, junto con las capas populares pobres aliadas, contando con partidos comunistas fuertes, arraigados en los centros de trabajo, con una estrategia revolucionaria, que responda al carácter de nuestra época, al paso revolucionario del capitalismo al socialismo-comunismo.
