Short answers to current ideological-political questions concerning the Israeli attack and massacre against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip
From the first hours of the recent military attack of the Israeli state and the massacre against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the KKE took a militant and principled position on the side of the Palestinian people and organized dozens of solidarity mobilizations. The communists led many workers’-people’s mobilizations all over Greece.
In Athens, demonstrators marched to the Israeli embassy and also protested outside the US embassy. The KKE denounced the ND government and the other parties (SYRIZA, PASOK, nationalists) for supporting Israel in the name of national interests. It demanded the disengagement of Greece from the US-NATO plans in the region, the return of Greek frigates from NATO missions abroad, the closure of US-NATO bases and the implementation of the Greek parliament’s decision to recognize the Palestinian state on the borders established before 4 June, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
In addition, the KKE informed the CPs and communists all over the world of its positions by translating into many languages (English, Albanian, Arabic, Bulgarian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish) the article by Dimitris Koutsoumbas, General Secretary of the CC of the KKE, which dealt with both the substance of the issue and the broader aspects of the conflict.
Today, we consider it necessary to give some brief answers to questions which are either addressed to the International Relations Section of the CC from different parts of the world, or which are the subject of polemics against the KKE and its positions.
The concept of terrorism as an excuse to whitewash the crimes of the imperialists
A question that is raised from various sides, sometimes in a well-intentioned way, sometimes deviously by bourgeois politicians and journalists, is “why does the KKE not condemn terrorism in its positions on the issue?”
The KKE is well aware that for several decades the concept of terrorism has been used by the bourgeois classes and imperialist powers to promote their anti-popular plans and to justify imperialist interventions and wars. Terrorism is a concept that can be used at will, that is why in all EU countries, including our own, the so-called anti-terrorism laws are being promoted, which target the struggles of the workers, the farmers and the youth. The occupation of a workplace, a public space or a street during a mass mobilization can be described as a terrorist act and the corresponding legal provisions and prosecutions can be used against the struggling workers, farmers and students.
Similarly, the concept of terrorism is also used at the international level, to serve the aims of the bourgeois classes. For example, the Free Syrian Army, which is responsible for a series of crimes in Syria, is not a terrorist organization for the USA and its allies, while Hamas is. Similar examples, depending on what suits the bourgeois classes around the world, can be found for other armed political-military organizations, such as the Taliban or the Kurds in Syria, etc.
Moreover, the bourgeois propaganda lumps together organizations like Al-Qaeda and the Taliban, which were created, backed and armed by the imperialists for their own purposes before they lost control over them, with forces like Hamas, which came first in the 2006 elections in the Gaza Strip. This fact proves that this bourgeois power, for various reasons related to the violence of the Israeli occupation and the weaknesses of the action of other political forces in the Gaza Strip, has been supported by the popular forces fighting for the liberation of Palestine. The KKE has opposing ideological, political and philosophical views with this political-military organization. However, it will never allow the mass bombing of Gaza and the killing of thousands of small children, allegedly carried out for the elimination of Hamas, to enter into the consciousness of the people in order to justify the long-standing Israeli occupation. At the same time, all the evidence shows that Israel’s aim is to cancel the two-state solution, to exploit the hydrocarbons and the geographical location of the Gaza Strip, to commit genocide against the Palestinian people and to force the displacement of those who do not die in the Israeli massacre to the desert.
Furthermore, we give no credence to the evidence fabricated by the Israeli authorities about the “atrocities of Hamas”, and much of this fake news has already been debunked, including in the presentation of evidence at public events held by Greek journalists. We take into account one more thing. The long-standing Israeli occupation, oppression and apartheid can indeed lead to great anger, retaliation and excesses. The war itself, which has been waged for seven decades against the people of Palestine, is an atrocity in which hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have been murdered and tortured. It is crucial for workers to focus on the causes and nature of the war, on the tragic consequences of the long-standing Israeli occupation and on the massacre of the Palestinian people who are fighting and have the right to fight for their liberation by all means.
Israel is “a base of the USA”
The KKE expressed its full solidarity with and support for the Palestinian people and their need to have their own state and be masters in their own land, while pointing out that the victim of the policy pursued by the bourgeois state of Israel and the reactionary Netanyahu government is the Israeli people themselves.
This statement has been met with hostility by certain forces that claim to be anti-imperialist and that do not recognize the existence of the Israeli state, describing it simply as a “a base of the USA” and, among other things, do not recognize the existence of an Israeli bourgeoisie, with its own plans, and the Israeli people.
These forces, who deny the right to exist to entire peoples, have abandoned their class criteria and see developments exclusively through the so-called geopolitical prism. They refuse to see that the main cause of everything that the peoples are experiencing is the barbaric, exploitative system, in its current stage, i.e. the monopoly stage, where the struggle between the monopolies and the bourgeoisie classes is intensifying and is being waged by all means in order to exploit not only the workers of their countries, but also those of other countries, as well as over raw materials, transport routes for commodities, geopolitical points d’appui and market shares.
Thus, after the Second World War, the USA, i.e. the capitalist power that emerged victorious and strengthened, decided to have a strong geopolitical support in the region, a “gendarme” and “guardian” that could also resort to violence, if necessary, while dealing with the other bourgeois class of the countries formed after the fall of colonialism, with the contribution of the Victory of the Soviet Union in the Second World War against fascism, which, we must not forget, is “flesh of the flesh of capitalism”.
The existence of the Israeli state is a reality today. The massacre of the Jews by the Nazis and the anti-Semitism promoted by the bourgeois classes before the Second World War in many capitalist countries led to the acceptance by the USSR and the international labour movement of the creation of the state of Israel alongside the state of Palestine. This decision has been defiantly violated by the bourgeois state of Israel, whose bourgeoisie has been violating every right of the Palestinian people for decades by seizing a large part of the Palestinian territories. The USA and the EU found the ally they needed in the face of the Israeli bourgeoisie and in its state, which gave them the right to arbitrate with the other bourgeois classes of the region that also sought to enhance their position. This geopolitical game, which was played out in an even detrimental way after the overthrow of socialism in the USSR, has as its victim an entire people - the people of Palestine, who have been promised a homeland all these years, but whose dream remains unfulfilled.
The KKE respects the rights and struggles of all peoples. In its statements it stresses, among other things, that the people of Israel are also paying the price, as they are also victims of the policies of the Israeli bourgeoisie and its state. We express our solidarity with all the militants in Israel, first of all with the Communist Party of Israel; with the communists of Israel, Jews and Arabs, who are currently fighting in the lion’s den and raising a voice of resistance to the barbarity against the people of Palestine. The 21 MPs and 2 MEPs of the KKE co-signed a text of solidarity with MP Ofer Cassif, who is being persecuted by the Israeli authorities for his stand against the occupation.
National liberation struggle and socialism
Questions are also raised about the national liberation struggle of the Palestinian people. For example, whether such a struggle can be waged under imperialism, especially when we say that our era is an era of transition from capitalism to socialism. Some people criticize the KKE, saying that while in all other cases it talks about the necessity and timeliness of socialism but in this case it focuses only on the right to the establishment of a Palestinian state.
In summary, we would like to highlight the following: Today, monopolies prevail all over the world, we are living in the monopoly stage of capitalism, in what Lenin defined as imperialism; however, this does not in any way mean that national liberation struggles against foreign occupation cannot break out. The Palestinians are waging a just national liberation war, a war against the occupation with the aim of gaining the right to their own homeland. There can be no doubt about this. From the point of view of Israel and its allies (USA, NATO, EU) it is an unjust imperialist war aimed at perpetuating the occupation and serving their interests in the region.
In the era of imperialism, the KKE led such kind of struggle, forming the National Liberation Front (EAM), the Greek People’s Liberation Army (ELAS) and the rest resistance organizations against the foreign (German, Italian and Bulgarian) fascist occupation in the period 1941–1944. The KKE was the mind, the organizer and the lifeblood of this great epic of resistance. We are proud of our Party, which was at the forefront of this struggle, and any criticism we make concerns the lack of ideological–political readiness on the part of our Party to link this great struggle to the cause of workers’ power.
Socialism is necessary and timely for the entire world, for every capitalist country. However, under the conditions in which the workers’-people’s struggle is carried out in every country, important “links” emerge which can give impetus to the class struggle. It is a crucial issue for the Communist Party and the labour movement to take these “links” into account in the struggle for socialism, for the preparation, rallying and mobilization of the workers’-people’s forces. In Palestine today, the key “link” is the throwing off of the foreign Israeli occupation and the formation of the Palestinian state.
Therefore, it is the task of the Palestinian working class and its vanguard, the CP, to formulate such a line that connects this “link” with the cause of the struggle for social emancipation, workers’ power and the building of the new, socialist society.
It is our task, the task of the workers and youth in other countries, to support this struggle and to stand by its side now in the conflict with the occupation forces.
The distorted perception of the “two axes”
Given that the war in Palestine is objectively intertwined with the competition between imperialist powers (USA, NATO, EU on the one hand and Russia, China, Iran, etc. on the other) in the region and internationally, two different but equally incorrect perceptions arise from the above: 1) one that says that an “anti-imperialist axis” (Iran - Russia - China) is being formed that should be supported against the US imperialists and their allies; 2) a second one, which is less widespread at the moment but equally erroneous, that says that both war conflicts are imperialist, that they are different expressions of an imperialist third world war, therefore we cannot support the struggle of the Palestinian people for liberation because it is part of the imperialist conflict.
Both approaches are based on the correct observation that blocs of opposing forces are being formed. On the one hand, there is the imperialist bloc of the Euro-Atlantic forces, and on the other hand the formation of the Eurasian bloc (Russia-China-Iran, etc.) is evident, which the first view distortedly presents as an allegedly “anti-imperialist axis”. In practice, the class-oriented approach is abandoned, imperialism is seen as an aggressive policy of the USA and its allies, ignoring the fact that the monopolies prevail in China and Russia as well, and that the bourgeois classes of these countries also try to promote their own plans.
Russia, China and Iran do not express their support for the Palestinians because they stand with the peoples’ just cause but because they want to hinder the US plans in the region, to impede it, to afflict it. Therefore, these powers do not constitute an “anti-imperialist axis”. Their monopolies work for their own interests and that is why they cannot be consistent in supporting the Palestinian struggle. It is another matter that the Palestinians, like any national liberation or even revolutionary movement, are righteously seeking to take advantage of these contradictions in their struggle against the Israeli occupation.
The second view, while correctly approaching the class essence of the imperialist blocs involved, makes the big mistake of throwing the baby out with the bathwater, of rejecting the just struggle of the Palestinian people in the name of the imperialist war. However, as history has shown, under conditions of international imperialist confrontation and even war, the outbreak of just national liberation wars is not excluded. Lenin addressed these issues in detail under the conditions of the First World War in response to Luxemburg’s erroneous positions.
Today, when there is indeed a real possibility of a generalization of the conflict in the Middle East, even its link to the war in Ukraine, or the opening of new fronts, the imperialist nature of the conflict and of the main powers that are competing for their own geopolitical objectives should not lead to a withdrawal of the support for the Palestinian people. On the contrary, it is imperative to continue supporting their just struggle even further.
The KKE, both in the case of the conflict in Ukraine and in the case of Palestine, is on the right side of history, because it stands with the people and struggles against the imperialists, the monopolies and capitalism, which are shedding the peoples’ blood.

Respuestas breves sobre cuestiones ideológico-políticas respecto el ataque de Israel y de la masacre en la Franja de Gaza contra el pueblo palestino
El KKE desde las primeras horas del nuevo ataque militar lanzado por el Estado israelí y la masacre contra el pueblo palestino en la Franja de Gaza, se puso combativamente con posiciones de principio del lado del pueblo de Palestina, organizando decenas de movilizaciones de solidaridad, los comunistas tuvieron un papel destacado en muchas movilizaciones obreras y populares en toda Grecia que en Atenas llegaron hasta fuera de la embajada de Israel y la embajada de EE.UU.
Denunció al gobierno de la ND y los demás partidos (SYRIZA, PASOK, nacionalistas) por apoyar a Israel supuestamente en nombre de los “intereses nacionales”. Demandó la desvinculación de Grecia de los planes de EE.UU y de la OTAN en la región, el regreso de las fragatas griegas de las misiones de la OTAN, el cierre de las bases de EE.UU-OTAN, la aplicación de la resolución del Parlamento griego sobre el reconocimiento del Estado palestino en las fronteras anteriores del 4 de junio de 1967, con Jerusalén Este como su capital.
Además, el KKE procedió a la traducción del artículo de Dimitris Koutsoumbas, Secretario General del CC del KKE, que trata la esencia de la cuestión así como aspectos más amplios del conflicto, en muchos idiomas (inglés, albanés, árabe, búlgaro, francés, alemán, español, portugués, ruso y turco), para informar a los partidos comunistas, a los comunistas en todo el mundo sobre sus posiciones.
Hoy consideramos necesario dar algunas respuestas breves en torno a preguntas que o bien llegan a la Sección de Relaciones Internacionales del Comité Central del KKE, desde diversos rincones del mundo, o que son objeto de polémica contra el KKE y sus posiciones.
El concepto del “terrorismo” se utiliza para blanquear los crímenes de los imperialistas
Una pregunta que viene de varios lados, a veces con buena intención, y otras maliciosamente por políticos y periodistas burgueses, es “¿porqué el KKE en sus posicionamientos sobre este tema no condena el terrorismo?”.
El KKE sabe muy bien que durante varias décadas la cuestión del llamado “terrorismo” ha sido utilizada por las clases burguesas y las potencias imperialistas para los planes antipopulares y para la justificación de las intervenciones y guerras imperialistas. El “terrorismo” se ha convertido en un concepto que se utiliza según les conviene, así que en todos los países de la UE, inclusive nuestro país, se promueven las llamadas “leyes contra el terrorismo” que apuntan contra las luchas de los trabajadores, los campesinos y los jóvenes. En una movilización de masas, la ocupación de un centro de trabajo o de un espacio público, de una calle, puede ser calificada como “acto terrorista” y se puede recurrir a la respectiva disposición legislativa y a la persecución a expensas de los trabajadores, campesinos y estudiantes en lucha.
Respectivamente, el sentido del “terrorismo” se utiliza a nivel internacional, para servir a los objetivos de las clases burguesas: así por ejemplo el llamado “Ejército Libre Sirio” que se responsable de una serie de crímenes en Siria, para EE.UU y sus aliados no es una “organización terrorista”, cuando caracterizan como tal a Hamás. Ejemplos respectivos según lo que conviene a las clases burguesas de todo el mundo, se verán en lo que respecta otras organizaciones político-militares armadas, como los talibanes, o los kurdos de Siria, etc.
Además, la clase burguesa mezcla en su propaganda organizaciones como Al Qaeda, los talibanes -que fueron creadas, apoyadas y armadas por los imperialistas para sus fines antes de perder su control-, con fuerzas como Hamás que se convirtió en primera fuerza en las elecciones de 2006 en la Franja de Gaza, lo cual demuestra que esta fuerza burguesa, por diversas razones que tienen que ver con la propia violencia de la ocupación israelí y la deficiencia de acción de otras fuerzas políticas en la Franja de Gaza, ha sido apoyada por fuerzas populares que luchan por la liberación de Palestina. El KKE tiene puntos de vista ideológicos, políticos y filosóficos opuestos en relación con esta organización político-militar, pero no permitirá que impregne la conciencia del pueblo que el bombardeo de Gaza, los asesinatos de miles de niños se hacen supuestamente para aplastar Hamás, para justificar la larga ocupación, cuando una tras otra las pruebas demuestran que el objetivo de Israel es anular la solución de los dos Estados, explotar los hidrocarburos y la posición geográfica de la Franja de Gaza, llevar a cabo el genocidio del pueblo de Palestina y el desplazamiento al desierto de los que sobrevivirán la masacre israelí.
Además, no damos ningún crédito a las pruebas fabricadas por las autoridades israelíes sobre las “atrocidades de Hamás” y ya muchas de estas noticias fabricadas han sido desmentidas después de unos días, y entre ellas las presentaciones de pruebas por periodistas griegos en actos públicos que se han realizado. Pero tomamos en cuenta una cosa más. La duradera ocupación israelí, la opresión, el apartheid, realmente pueden provocar una gran ira, represalias y acciones extremas. La guerra en sí, que está en curso desde hace siete décadas a expensas del pueblo de Palestina, es una atrocidad en la que cientos de miles de palestinos han sido asesinados y torturados, y lo crucial es que los trabajadores enfoquen en las causas y el carácter de la guerra, en las consecuencias trágicas de la duradera ocupación israelí, en la masacre contra el pueblo palestino que lucha y tiene el derecho de luchar por su liberación por todos los medios.
Israel, una “base de EE.UU”
El KKE expresando su plena solidaridad y apoyo con el pueblo de Palestina, con la necesidad de tener su propio Estado y estar al mando de su país, al mismo tiempo señaló como víctima de la política del Estado burgués de Israel y del gobierno reaccionario de Netanyahu al mismísimo pueblo israelí.
Esta posición ha sido recibida con hostilidad por varias fuerzas que aparecen supuestamente como “antiimperialistas” y no reconocen la existencia del Estado de Israel, caracterizándolo simplemente como “base de EE.UU”, y entre otras cosas no reconocen que exista una burguesía israelí con sus propios planes, ni tampoco un pueblo israelí.
Estas fuerzas que niegan el derecho de existir a pueblos enteros, una vez más han abandonado los criterios clasistas y abordan los desarrollos exclusivamente a través del llamado “prisma” geopolítico. Se niegan a ver que la causa principal de lo que están experimentando los pueblos es el sistema bárbaro de explotación, en su fase actual, en su fase monopolista, cuando se intensifica la confrontación que se desarrolla entre monopolios, entre las clases burguesas, con todos los medios, para la explotación no solo de los trabajadores en sus países sino también de los demás países, la confrontación por las materias primas, las rutas de transporte de mercancías, los apoyos geopolíticos y las cuotas de mercado.
Por tanto, después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la potencia capitalista que salió victoriosa y fortalecida, es decir EE.UU, eligió tener un apoyo geopolítico fuerte en la región, un “gendarme” y “vigilante” que estará en condición de interactuar por la fuerza si resulta necesario, con las clases burguesas de los demás países, que se formaron tras la caída del colonialismo, también bajo la contribución de la victoria de la Unión Soviética en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, contra el fascismo, que cabe recordar que es elemento inherente del capitalismo.
La existencia de un Estado israelí es hoy una realidad. La masacre de los judíos por los nazis, el antisemitismo que promovieron las clases burguesas antes de la Segnda Guerra Mundial en muchos países capitalistas llevaron a la URSS y al movimiento obrero mundial a aceptar la fundación del Estado de Israel al lado de un Estado palestino.
Esta decisión fue desafiantemente violada por el Estado burgués de Israel. Su clase burguesa, desde hace décadas, viola el derecho del pueblo de Palestina apoderándose gran parte del territorio palestino. EE.UU y la Unión Europea encontraron en la burguesía de Israel y su Estado el “aliado” que necesitaban y que les daba el derecho de arbitrar con las demás burguesías de la región, que ellas también buscaban mejorar su posición. Este juego geopolítico que se desarrolla de manera aún más horrible tras el derrocamiento del socialismo en la URSS, tiene como víctima a un pueblo entero, es decir el pueblo de Palestina, que durante muchos años le prometían una Patria, pero su sueño no se ha hecho realidad.
El KKE respeta los derechos y la lucha de todos los pueblos y en sus posiciones destaca, entre otras cosas, que el pueblo de Israel también pagará un alto precio siendo él también víctima de las políticas que implementa la burguesía de Israel y su Estado. Expresamos nuestra solidaridad con todos los luchadores en Israel, en primer lugar con el Partido Comunista de Israel, los comunistas judíos y árabes, que están luchando en la “boca del lobo” y alzan su voz de resistencia ante la barbarie contra el pueblo de Palestina. Los 21 diputados y los 2 eurodiputados del KKE que firmaron conjuntamente un texto de solidaridad con el diputado Ofer Kasif, perseguido por las autoridades israelíes por su postura contra la ocupación.
Lucha por la liberación nacional y socialismo
Además, se plantean preguntas sobre la lucha por la liberación nacional del pueblo de Palestina, si puede, en condiciones de imperialismo, existir tal lucha, y aún más cuando decimos que nuestra época es la época de transición del capitalismo al socialismo. Hay personas que crítican al KKE diciendo que en todos los demás casos habla de la necesidad y actualidad del socialismo, mientras que en este caso precisamente se centra solo en el derecho al establecimiento del Estado palestino.
Brevemente, quisiéramos destacar lo siguiente: hoy día en todo el mundo predominan los monopolios, estamos en la fase monopolista del capitalismo, en lo que Lenin definió como imperialismo, pero esto no descarta en absoluto la posibilidad de que se estallen luchas por la liberación nacional y contra la ocupación extranjera. Por parte de los palestinos se está librando una guerra justa de liberación nacional, una guerra contra la ocupación con el objetivo de obtenr el derecho de tener su propia patria. No puede haber dudas ni vacilaciones al respecto. Por parte de Israel y sus aliados (EE.UU, OTAN, UE) es una guerra imperialista injusta que apunta a la perpetuar la ocupación y servir sus intereses en dicha región.
En la época del imperialismo, el KKE dirigió tal lucha formando el Frente por la Liberación Nacional (EAM), el Ejército Popular Griego de Liberación (ELAS), las demás organizaciones de resistencia contra la ocupación fascista extranjera (alemana, italiana y búlgara) durante el período 1941-1944. El KKE fue la mente, el organizador y la fuente de reclutas para esta gran saga de resistencia y estamos orgullosos de nuestro partido que desempeñó un papel principal en esta lucha, y cualquier crítica que ejercemos concierne la preparación ideológico-política de nuestro partido para vincular esta gran lucha con la causa del poder obrero.
El socialismo es necesario y vigente para todo el mundo, para todos los países capitalistas, pero en las condiciones en las que se desarrolla la lucha obrero-popular en cada país se destacan asuntos importantes que pueden dar un impulso a la lucha de clases. Una cuestión crucial para el Partido Comunista, el movimiento obrero, para la preparación, agrupación y movilización de fuerzas obreras y populares es tomar en cuenta estos asuntos importantes, los “eslabones” en la lucha por el socialismo. En Palestina hoy día el “eslabón” básico es acabar con la ocupación extranjera israelí, el establecimiento del Estado palestino.
Por lo tanto, es una tarea que concierne a la clase obrera de Palestina y de su vanguardia, el Partido Comunista, desarrollar una tal línea que vincule este “eslabón” a la causa de la lucha por la liberación social, el poder obrero, la construcción de la nueva sociedad socialista.
Nuestra tarea, la de los trabajadores y los jóvenes en los demás países, es apoyar esta lucha y ponerse de su lado en el conflicto con las fuerzas de ocupación.
La percepción errónea de los “dos ejes”
Dado que la guerra en Palestina está objetivamente entrelazada en el antagonismo entre las potencias imperialistas (EE.UU, OTAN, UE por un lado, y Rusia, China, Irán, etc, por el otro) en la región y a nivel mundial surgen dos percepciones diferentes pero igualmente erróneas en base a lo anterior: 1. una percepción que argumenta que se está formando un “eje antiimperialista” (Irán, Rusia, China) que hay que apoyar contra los imperialistas de EE.UU y sus aliados, 2. una percepción menos difundida por ahora pero igualmente errónea que considera que los dos conflictos militares son imperialistas, que son expresiones diferentes de una tercera guerra imperialista mundial y por lo tanto no podemos apoyar la lucha del pueblo de Palestina por la liberación, porque es parte de un conflicto imperialista.
Las dos aproximaciones parten de la observación correcta de que se están formando bloques de potencias opuestas; por una parte está el bloque de las potencias del euroatlanticismo, mientras que es evidente la formación del bloque euroasiático (Rusia, China, Irán etc) que según la primera opinión se presenta equivocadamente como un supuesto “eje antiimperialista”. Así que prácticamente renuncia la aproximación clasista, abordando el imperialismo como la política agresiva de EE.UU y de sus aliados, ignorando que en China y Rusia los que mandan son los monopolios, que las clases burguesas de estos países también buscan promover sus propios planes.
El apoyo de Rusia, China e Irán a los palestinos no es porque apoyan lo que es "justo para los pueblos" sino porque quieren obstaculizar los planes estadounidenses en la región, ponérselo difícil, perjudicarles. Así que estas potencias no forman un "eje antiimperialista" sino trabajan para sus propios intereses, para sus propios monopolios y por eso no pueden ser consecuentes en el apoyo a la lucha palestina. Otra cosa es que los palestinos, como cualquier movimiento de liberación nacional o incluso revolucionario, busquen explotar estas contradicciones a favor de su lucha contra la ocupación israelí.
En cuanto a la segunda aproximación, aunque aborda correctamente la esencia clasista de los bloques imperialistas que se enfrentan, comete el gran error de “echar el bebé con el agua”, rechazar la lucha justa del pueblo palestino en el nombre de la guerra imperialista. Sin embargo, como se ha demostrado históricamente, en condiciones de confrontación imperialista internacional o incluso de guerra no se excluye la posibilidad de que se manifiesten también guerras justas de liberación nacional. Lenin abordó estas cuestiones exhaustivamente en las condiciones de la Primera Guerra Mundial respondiendo a las posiciones erróneas de Luxemburgo.
Hoy, que efectivamente existe la posibilidad de una generalización del conflicto en el Oriente Medio, incluso de su vinculación con la guerra en Ucrania o el “estallido” de nuevos frentes, el carácter imperialista del conflicto, de las potencias principales que compiten por sus propias aspiraciones geopolíticas, no solo no deben llevar a nuestro pueblo a retirar su apoyo al pueblo de Palestina sino que es preciso que esta lucha reciba aún más apoyo.
El KKE, tanto en el caso del conflicto en Ucrania, como en el caso de Palestina, está en el lado correcto de la Historia, porque está con los pueblos y lucha contra los imperialistas, los monopolios, el capitalismo que masacran los pueblos.

ردودٌ موجزة على مسائل أيديولوجية و سياسية جارية بشأن العدوان الإسرائيلي والمذبحة التي يرتكبها في قطاع غزة ضد الشعب الفلسطيني
منذ الساعات الأولى لشنِّ العدوان العسكري لدولة إسرائيل و مجزرتها على الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة، خرج الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بنحو كفاحي و مواقف مبدئية إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني، ونظم العشرات من التحركات التضامنية، و تصدَّر الشيوعيون العديد من التحركات العمالية والشعبية في جميع أنحاء اليونان، والتي كانت تنتهي في أثينا خارج السفارة الإسرائيلية، بعد التظاهر أيضاً خارج سفارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
هذا و استنكر حزبنا حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة والأحزاب الأخرى (سيريزا، الباسوك، و زُمر القوميين) لدعمهم إسرائيل باسم "المصالح الوطنية" المزعومة. وطالب بفك ارتباط اليونان عن خطط الولايات المتحدة والناتو في المنطقة، وعودة الفرقاطات اليونانية المتواجدة في مهمات الناتو إلى البلاد، وإغلاق قواعد الولايات المتحدة والناتو، و بتنفيذ قرار البرلمان اليوناني بشأن الاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية على حدود الرابع من حزيران \يونيو 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قام الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بترجمة مقال ذيميتريس كوتسوباس، الأمين العام للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، الذي تناول و على حد السواء، جوهر المسألة والجوانب الأوسع للصراع، إلى عدة لغات (الإنكليزية، الألبانية، العربية، البلغارية، الفرنسية، الألمانية، الإسبانية، البرتغالية، الروسية و التركية)، من أجل إعلام اﻷحزاب الشيوعية و الشيوعيين في جميع أنحاء العالم بمواقفه.
إننا نعتبر اليوم أن من الضروري تقديم بعض الردود الموجزة على مسائل إما تصل إلى قسم العلاقات الأممية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني من مختلف أنحاء العالم، أو تكون موضوع محاججة حربية ضد الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني ومواقفه.
عن مفهوم "الإرهاب" باعتباره "بركة سلوام" لجرائم الامبرياليين
يتمثَّل مفادُ أحد اﻷسئلة الآتية من جهات مختلفة - أحياناً بنوايا حسنة - وأحياناً من سياسيين و صحفيين برجوازيين ذوي نوايا خبيثة، في قول: «لماذا لا يدين الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني الإرهاب خلال تموضعاته بشأن هذه القضية؟»
يَعلمُ الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بنحو جيد للغاية و على مدى عدة عقود استخدام مسألة ما يسمى "الإرهاب" من جانبِ الطبقات البرجوازية والقوى الإمبريالية من أجل تنفيذ تخطيطات مناهضة للشعب وتبرير التدخلات والحروب الإمبريالية. حيث أصبح "الإرهاب" مفهوماً "مطاطياً"، و على هذا النحو يُروَّجُ في جميع بلدان الاتحاد الأوروبي و بلادنا لما يُسمَّى "قوانين مكافحة الإرهاب" التي تستهدف نضالات العمال والمزارعين والشباب. حيث باﻹمكان توصيف تحرُّكٍ جماهيري و اعتصام ينفَّذ في موقع العمل أو الفضاء العام أو الشارع بأنه "عمل إرهابي"، و استخدام الأحكام التشريعية المقابلة و ملاحقاتها القضائية ضد العمال والمزارعين والطلاب المناضلين.
و بتناسبٍ مع ذلك، يُستخدمُ مفهوم "الإرهاب" أيضا على المستوى الدولي من أجل خدمة أهداف الطبقات البرجوازية، و على هذا النحو، لا يُعتبرُ ما يسمى بـ "الجيش السوري الحر" - المسؤول عن سلسلة من الجرائم في سوريا- "منظمة إرهابية" من قبل الولايات المتحدة وحلفائها، بينما تعتبر منظمة حماس، إرهابية. ويمكن رؤية أمثلة مماثلة، اعتماداً على ما يناسب الطبقات البرجوازية حول العالم، فيما يخص المنظمات السياسية العسكرية المسلحة الأخرى، مثل طالبان أو الأكراد السوريين، و ما شاكلهم.
و بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تضع الدعاية البرجوازية في "خلَّاط كوكتيل" دعايتها منظمات على غرار القاعدة و حركة طالبان، التي أنشأها الإمبرياليون ودعموها وسلحوها من أجل أغراضهم قبل أن يفقدوا السيطرة عليها، مع قوى مثل حماس التي برزت في قطاع غزة كالقوة الأولى في انتخابات 2006، مما يثبت أن هذه القوة البرجوازية حظيت بدعم القوى الشعبية التي تناضل من أجل تحرير فلسطين، و ذلك نظراً لأسباب مختلفة تتعلق بعنف الاحتلال الإسرائيلي نفسه، و بوجود أوجه ضعف في نشاط القوى السياسية الأخرى في قطاع غزة. هذا و لدى الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني وجهات نظر أيديولوجية وسياسية وفلسفية متعارضة مع هذه المنظمة السياسية العسكرية، لكنه لن يسمح أبداً بتمرير منطقٍ إلى وعي الشعب و مفادهُ بأن القصف الجماعي لغزة وقتل الآلاف من الأطفال الصغار قد تم من أجل القضاء المزعوم على حماس، من أجل تبرير الاحتلال المديد اﻷعوام، في حين تظهر الأدلة الواحدة تلو الأخرى، مثبتةً أن هدف إسرائيل هو إلغاء حل الدولتين، واستغلال مكامن الهيدروكربونات والموقع الجغرافي لقطاع غزة، و تنفيذ الإبادة الجماعية بحق شعب فلسطين وتهجير من لا يحصده الموت في المذبحة الإسرائيلية، إلى الصحراء.
حتى أننا لا نعطي أي أساس للأدلة التي
تفبركها السلطات الإسرائيلية بشأن "الفظائع التي ترتكبها حماس"، حيث كانت
قد سقطت سلفاً في الفراغ العديد من هذه الأخبار المزيفة بعد انقضاء الـ 24
ساعة الأولى، بما في ذلك خلال تظاهرات عامة ذات صلة لعروض توثيق للأدلة،
كان قد أقدم على تنظيمها صحفيون يونانيون. إننا نحتسب أمراً إضافياً
أيضاً. و هو أن بإمكان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المديد اﻷعوام والاضطهاد والفصل
العنصري أن يؤدي بالفعل إلى نشوء غضب كبير و ردود انتقامية و ممارسات
متطرفة. فالحرب التي تُشنُّ منذ 7 عقود ضد شعب فلسطين هي بذاتها عمل وحشي،
حيث قُتل فيها وعُذب مئات الآلاف من الفلسطينيين، و تتمثل المسألة الحاسمة
في أن يركز العمال على أسباب الحرب و طابعها، والعواقب المأساوية للاحتلال
الإسرائيلي المديد اﻷعوام، و على المذبحة التي يتعرض لها الشعب الفلسطيني
الذي يكافح و الذي من حقه أن يُكافحَ من أجل تحرُّره بكافة الوسائل.
عن إسرائيل ﻛ"قاعدة أميركية"
في ذات وقت إعراب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني عن تضامنه ودعمه الكامل للشعب الفلسطيني، و عن ضرورة أن يكون له دولته وأن يكون سيداً فيها، سجَّل الحزب أن شعب إسرائيل هو ذاته ضحية لسياسة دولة إسرائيل البرجوازية و حكومة نتنياهو الرجعية.
حيث قوبل هذا التموضع بالعداء من قبل قوى معينة، تزعم بأنها "مناهضة للإمبريالية" و لا تعترف بوجود دولة إسرائيل، بل تصفها ببساطة بأنها "قاعدة أمريكية" ولا تعترف - بين أمور أخرى - بوجود طبقة برجوازية إسرائيلية لها مخططاتها الخاصة، و لا حتى بوجود شعب إسرائيلي.
إن هذه القوى، التي تنكر حق الوجود لشعوب بأكملها، خلعت و للمرة الألف "نظاراتها الطبقية" و تواجه التطورات حصرياً تحت ما يسمى "الضوء الجيوسياسي". و ترفض أن ترى أن السبب اﻷساسي لكل ما تعيشه الشعوب هو النظام الهمجي الاستغلالي، في مرحلته الحالية، مرحلته الاحتكارية، حيث يشتد الصراع بين الاحتكارات والطبقات البرجوازية و بكافة الوسائل أيضاً، ليس فحسب من أجل استغلال عمال بلدانها فقط، بل و أيضاً من أجل استغلال عمال بلدان أخرى، حيث يشتد الصراع حول السيطرة على المواد اﻷولية وطرق نقل البضائع والدعائم الجيوسياسية وحصص اﻷسواق.
و على هذا النحو اختارت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية - أي تلك القوة الرأسمالية التي خرجت منتصرة و مُعزِّزة لقوتِها بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية - حيازة دعامة جيوسياسية عاتية لها في المنطقة باعتبارها "حارساً" و"مديراً"، باستطاعته التعاطي - أيضاً مع استخدام العنف - مع باقي الطبقات البرجوازية للبلدان التي تشكلت بعد سقوط الاستعمار بإسهام من نصر الاتحاد السوفييتي على الفاشية في الحرب العالمية الثانية و التي تشكِّلُ «لحماً من لحمِ الرأسمالية».
إن وجود دولة إسرائيل هو واقع قائم. هذا و قاد كِلا ذبح اليهود على يد النازيين ومعاداة السامية التي كانت قد روجت لها الطبقات البرجوازية في العديد من البلدان الرأسمالية قبل الحرب العالمية الثانية، إلى قبول الاتحاد السوفييتي والحركة العمالية العالمية بقيام دولة إسرائيل إلى جانب دولة لفلسطين. حيث انتهكت دولة إسرائيل هذا القرار بنحو استفزازي. و بقيت طبقتها البرجوازية تدوس كافة حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني منذ عقود، مع استيلائها على معظم الأراضي الفلسطينية. و وجدت الولايات المتحدة وكذلك الاتحاد الأوروبي في الطبقة البرجوازية لإسرائيل ودولتها، ذاك "الحليف" الذي يحتاجون إليه والذي منحهم حق التحكيم مع الطبقات البرجوازية الأخرى في المنطقة التي سعت بدورِها أيضاً إلى ترقية موقعها. و يستمر لعب هذه "الحويقة" الجيوسياسية بنحو أكثر بشاعة بعد إسقاط الاشتراكية في الاتحاد السوفييتي، حيث تتمثل ضحية هذه اللعبة في شعب بأكمله، هو شعب فلسطين، الذي وُعد بوطن طوال هذه السنوات، لكن حلمه يبقى دون تحقيق.
يحترم الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني حقوق و صراع
كل شعب ويؤكد في تموضعاته - من بين أمور أخرى - على أن ثمن "الكلفة" يُدفع
أيضاً من قبل شعب إسرائيل، الذي هو أيضاً ضحية السياسات التي تتبعها الطبقة
البرجوازية الإسرائيلية ودولتها. إننا نعرب عن تضامننا مع جميع المناضلين
في إسرائيل، وفي مقدمتهم الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي و شيوعيو إسرائيل اليهود
و العرب الذين يكافحون في هذا الوقت داخل "فم الذئب"، ويرفعون صوت مقاومة
في وجه البربرية الممارسة ضد الشعب الفلسطيني. هذا و كان نواب الحزب
الشيوعي اليوناني اﻠ21 ونائبيه في البرلمان الأوروبي، قد وقَّعوا على عريضة
نص تضامني مع النائب عوفر كاسيف، المُلاحق من قبل السلطات الإسرائيلية
بسبب موقفه ضد الاحتلال.
عن النضال من أجل التحرُّر الوطني والاشتراكية
تُطرح أيضاً أسئلة حول نضال التحرُّرِ الوطني لشعب فلسطين، و عما إذا كان باﻹمكان وجود نضال كهذا في ظروف الإمبريالية، و ذلك عندما نقول أن عصرنا هو عصر انتقال من الرأسمالية إلى الاشتراكية. حيث يُمارسُ البعض نقداً ضد الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، قائلاً: أن الحزب بينما يتحدث في جميع الحالات الأخرى عن ضرورة الاشتراكية وأهميتها، فهو يُركِّزُ في هذه الحالة بالذات، فقط على الحق في تشكيل دولة فلسطينية.
إننا هنا نريد و باختصار أن نُسجِّل ما يلي: تسيطر الاحتكارات في يومنا على العالم كله، و نعيش مرحلة الرأسمالية الاحتكارية وهي ما عرَّفها لينين بالإمبريالية، لكن هذا لا يعني بأي حال من الأحوال عدم إمكانية اندلاع نضالات تحرر وطني ضد الاحتلال الأجنبي. و من جانب الفلسطينيين تُخاض حرب تحرير وطني عادلة، حرب ضد الاحتلال تهدف إلى نيل حقهم في وطنهم. لا يمكن أن يكون هناك حديث آخر و تفكير آخر في هذا الأمر. و من جانب إسرائيل وحلفائها (الولايات المتحدة وحلف شمال الأطلسي والاتحاد الأوروبي) تُخاض حرب إمبريالية ظالمة تهدف إلى تأبيدِ الاحتلال وخدمة مصالح هذه القوى في المنطقة.
و في عصر الإمبريالية، كان حزبنا الشيوعي اليوناني قد خاض مثل هذا النضال، وشكَّل جبهة التحرير الوطني وجيش التحرير الشعبي اليوناني، ومنظمات المقاومة الأخرى ضد الاحتلال الفاشي الأجنبي (الألماني والإيطالي والبلغاري) خلال فترة 1941- 1944. حيث كان حزبنا الشيوعي اليوناني ممثلاً لعقلِ و منظِّمِ و مانحِ الدمِ لملحمة المقاومة العظيمة هذه، ونحن فخورون بحزبنا، الذي تصدَّر صفوف هذا النضال، و يتعلَّق أي انتقاد ذي صلةٍ نوجهه الآن، بواقعة عدم الجهوزية الأيديولوجية والسياسية لحزبنا حينها من أجل تحقيق ربط هذه الكفاح العظيم مع قضية السلطة العمالية.
إن الاشتراكية ضرورية و راهنية للعالم أجمع، ولكل بلد رأسمالي، ولكن في ظل الظروف التي يجري فيها النضال العمالي الشعبي في كل بلد، تبرزُ "حلقات" مهمة يمكن أن تمنح دفعاً للصراع الطبقي. حيث تتمثل مسألة حاسمة بالنسبة للحزب الشيوعي، و للحركة العمالية، في إعداد و حشد و تحريك القوى العمالية الشعبية و في اتخاذ هذه الحلقات ضمن اعتباره في إطار الصراع من أجل الاشتراكية. و في فلسطين حاضرنا، تتمثَّلُ "الحلقة" الأساسية في التخلص من الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الأجنبي وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.
و بالتالي، فإن ذلك هو قضية الطبقة العاملة في فلسطين و طليعتها - الحزب الشيوعي – هي قضية صياغة خط مماثلٍ سيربط هذه "الحلقة" بقضية الصراع من أجل التحرر الاجتماعي و السلطة العمالية، وبناء المجتمع الاشتراكي الجديد.
إن قضيتنا، أي قضية عمال و شباب البلدان الأخرى، هي دعم هذا الصراع والوقوف الآن إلى جانبه ضمن صدامه مع قوات الاحتلال.
عن الرؤية المشوهة بشأن "المحورين"
مع التسليم بأن الحرب الجارية في فلسطين تتشابك موضوعياً مع المزاحمة القائمة بين القوى الإمبريالية (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحلف شمال الأطلسي والاتحاد الأوروبي من جهة وروسيا والصين وإيران من جهة أخرى) تنشأ في المنطقة وعلى المستوى الدولي، رؤيتان مختلفتان ولكنهما متساويان في الخطأ وفقاً لما ذُكر: 1) رؤية تزعم بأننا بصدد تشكُّل "محور مناهض للإمبريالية" (إيران وروسيا والصين)، والذي يتوجَّبُ علينا دعمه ضد الإمبرياليين الأمريكيين وحلفائهم، 2) رؤية ثانية أقل انتشاراً في الوقت الحالي، ولكنها مخطئة بذات القدر و مفادها: أن كِلا الصدامين الحربيين هما إمبرياليان، وأنهما تعبيران مختلفان عن حرب إمبريالية عالمية ثالثة، و بالتالي، بغير إمكاننا دعم صراع شعب فلسطين من أجل التحرُّر، لأنه جزء من الصدام الإمبريالي.
تنطلق كِلا المُقاربتان من تحقُّقٍ صائبٍ مفاده تشكُّلُ تكتلات قوى متعارضة، فمن ناحية لدينا التكتل الإمبريالي للقوى الأوروأطلسية، في حين جليٌ أيضاً هو تشكُّلُ التكتُّلِ الأوراسي (روسيا - الصين - إيران وغيرها) و هو الذي يقوم الرأي اﻷول بتقديمه بنحو مشوَّه زاعماً أنه "محور مناهض للإمبريالية". و هو الذي يقوم بهذا النحو في الممارسة، بالتخلي عن المقاربة الطبقية، عبر مواجهة الإمبريالية باعتبارها سياسة عدوانية للولايات المتحدة وحلفائها، متجاهلاً واقعة سيطرة الاحتكارات في الصين وروسيا، و واقعة سعي الطبقات البرجوازية لهذه البلدان أيضاً، إلى تعزيز مخططاتها الخاصة.
إن دعم روسيا والصين وإيران للفلسطينيين لا يجري لأن هذه القوى تصطفُّ مع "حقوق الشعوب" بل لأنها تريد عرقلة المخططات الأمريكية في المنطقة، وتصعيب الأمر عليها، والإضرار بها. و بالتالي، ما من "محور مناهض للإمبريالية" تُشكِّلهُ هذه القوى من أجل مصالحها الخاصة، بل هي تعمل من أجل احتكاراتها الخاصة، ولهذا السبب فبغير استطاعتها أن تكون متسقة في دعم نضال الفلسطينيين. وأمر آخر هو قيام الفلسطينيين و بنحو جيِّد – على غرار أي حركة تحرر وطني أو حتى حركة ثورية - و سعيهم إلى استغلال هذه التناقضات في سياق نضالهم ضد الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
و في حين قيام المقاربة الثانية بالتعاطي بنحو صحيح من الجوهر الطبقي للتكتلات الإمبريالية المتزاحمة، فهي ترتكب خطئاً كبيراً يتمثل في "رمي الطفل مع الماء"، و رفض الصراع العادل لشعب فلسطين باسم الحرب الإمبريالية. و مع ذلك، فقد ثبت أيضاً تاريخياً، أن من غير المُستبعَد وقوع حروب التحرير الوطني العادلة في ظروف المواجهة الإمبريالية الدولية وحتى الحرب، و كان لينين قد تناول هذه القضايا بنحو شامل في ظروف الحرب العالمية الأولى في سياق ردٍّه على الأطروحات الخاطئة المقابِلة المُقدَّمَة من جانِب روزا لوكسمبورغ.
و في يومنا، حيث توجد بالفعل احتمالية تعميم الصدام في الشرق الأوسط، و حتى احتمالية ربطه بالحرب في أوكرانيا أو ﺑ"فتح" جبهات جديدة، لا ينبغي على اﻹطلاق أن يقود الطابع الإمبريالي للصراع و طابع القوى الرئيسية المتواجهة من أجل طموحاتها الجيوسياسية الخاصة، إلى التخلي عن دعم الشعب الفلسطيني، بل إن المفروض هو دعم هذا الكفاح العادل بنحو أكبر.
إن الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، يقفُ - سواء في حالة الصدام الجاري في أوكرانيا أو في حالة فلسطين - على الجانب الصحيح من التاريخ لأنه يقف مع الشعوب ويناضل ضد الإمبرياليين و الاحتكارات و الرأسمالية الذين يسفكون دماء الشعوب.

YKP İsrail devleti’nin askeri saldırısı ve Gazze Şeridindeki Filistin halkına karşı yapılan toplu katliamının ilk saatlerinden itibaren Filistin halkının yanında ilk sırada mücadele ederek, onlarca yürüyüş düzenledi ve komünistler İsrail elçiliğine gidip, ABD elçiliğinin dışında eylem yaptıkları Atina’da ve tüm Yunanistan’da birçok işçi ve halk yürüyüşlerine önderlik ettiler. Sözde “milli çıkarları” adı altında İsrail’i destekleyen Yeni Demokrat hükümetini ve diğer partileri (SYRİZA, PASOK, milliyetçiler) suçladı. Başkenti Doğu Kudüs’ün olacağı 4 temmuz 1967’den önceki sınırda Filistin devletinin tanınması için Yunan meclisinde alınan kararın uygulanması, ABD- NATO üslerinin kapanması, NATO misyonundan Yunan firkateynin ülkesine dönmesi ve Yunanistan’ın bölgede Amerika-NATO planlarına karışmamasını talep etmekteyiz.

YKP, emperyalist operasyon ve savaşların bahanesi ve halk karşıtı planlar için emperyalist güçler ve burjuvazi sınıfı tarafından değerlendirilen sözde “terör” sorununu onlarca yıldır çok iyi bilmektedir. Tüm AB ülkelerinde ve ülkemizde de gençliğin, çiftçilerin, emekçilerin mücadelesini amaçlayan sözde “terör yasasını”bize sunmaktadırlar. Kitlesel bir gösteri düzenlendiğinde, bir iş yerinin veya kamusal alanın işgali, bir yol “terör eylemi” olarak nitelendirilebileceği ve ilgili mevzuat hükmünden ve mücadele eden işçilere, çiftçilere, öğrencilere yönelik davalardan yararlanılabilir.
Anlamına göre “Terör”kavramı ulusal düzeyde de burjuva sınıfların amaçlarına hizmet etmek için kullanılmaktadır örneğin Suriye’de bir sıra suçtan sorumlu olan sözde “Özgür Suriye Ordusu”HAMAS’ın da öyle olduğu gibi ABD ve müttefikleri için “terör örgütü” olmadığı gibi.Dünyadaki burjuva sınıflara neyin uygun olduğuna bağlı olarak benzer örnekleri Taliban veya Suriyeli Kürtler gibi diğer silahlı siyasi-askeri örgütler için de görmek mümkün.
Ayrıca, burjuva propagandası, emperyalistlerin kontrolü kaybetmeden önce kendi amaçları doğrultusunda kurulduğu, desteklediği, silahlandırdığı El-Kaide ve Taliban gibi propaganda örgütlerini, Gazze Şeridi’ndeki 2006 seçimlerindeki 1.güç olan, bu kentsel gücün İsrail işgalinin şiddetlenmesiyle ve Gazze Şeridi’ndeki diğer siyasi güçlerin faaliyetlerinin zayıflığıyla ilgili çeşitli nedenlerden ötürü, İsrail ile Filistin’in kurtuluşu için savaşan halk güçleri tarafından desteklendiği kanıtlanan Hamas gibi güçlerle “karıştırıcı” haline getiriyor. YKP, politik-askeri örgüt ile ilişkili olarak birbirine zıt ideolojik, politik, felsefigörüşlere sahiptir, ancak İsrail’in amacının İsrail’in toplu katliamından ölmeyenlerin çöle sürülmesi, Filistin halkının soykırımı, Gazze Şeridi’nin coğrafi konumu ve hidrokarbonların sömürülmesi, iki devletli çözümün iptali olduğu görülürken, Gazze’ye yönelik kitlesel bombalamaların, binlerce küçük çocuğun öldürülmesinin, sözde HAMAS’ı ortadan kaldırmak ve uzun vadeli işgali meşrulaştırmak için yapıldığı iddiasının halkın bilincine yerleşmesine asla izin vermeyecektir.
Hatta, İsrail yetkililerinin “HAMAS’ın zulmü” hakkında ürettiği ikna edici şeylere hiçbir temel vermiyoruz ve bu sahte haberlerin çoğunun da, Yunan gazetecilerin düzenledikleri halka açık etkinliklerdebunları devam ettirdiğine dair kanıtların sunumu da dahil olmak üzere, ilk 24 saatten sonra zaten gündemden düştü.Filistin halkına karşı 70 yıldır devam eden savaşın kendisi, yüzbinlerce Filistinlinin öldürüldüğü ve işkence gördüğü bir vahşettir ve işçilerin bu savaşım nedenlerine ve karakterine, uzun süreli İsrail’in trajik sonuçlarına, kurtuluşları için savaşan ve her ne şekilde olursa olsun savaşma hakkına sahip Filistin halkına karşı yapılan katliama odaklanması kritik bir konudur.
“ABD üssü”İsrail
YKP, kendine ait devleti ve memleketinde ev sahibi olması ihtiyacıyla Filistin halkına desteğini ve dayanışmasını ifade etmekte ve aynı zamanda İsrail’in burjuva devleti siyasetinin ve gerici Netanyahu hükümetinin kurbanının bizzat İsrail halkının kendisi olduğunu vurguladı.
Sözde “anti-emperyalist” olarak görünen ve İsrail’i devlet olarak kabul etmeyen ve onu sadece “ABD üssü” olarak nitelendiren ve kendi planlarıyla İsrail burjuvazisinin var olduğunu hatta bir İsrail halkının bile var olduğunu kabul etmeyen ve İsrail’i tehdit eden bazı güçler tarafından düşmanlıkla karşılanan bir görüş vardır.
Bütün halkların var olma hakkını reddeden bu güçler, birçok kez “sınıfsal gözlüklerini” çıkarıp, gelişmeleri yalnızca sözde jeopolitik prizma üzerinden ele alıyorlar. Halkların yaşadıklarının temel sebebinin, sadece kendi ülkelerin işçilerinin değil, diğer ülkelerin işçilerinin sömürülmesi, hammadde, ticaret yolları, jeopolitik destekler, pazar payları, barbarlık, sömürgecilik sistemi için mücadele etmek anlamına geldiğini ve tekellerle burjuva sınıfları arasındaki mücadelenin şiddetlendiği mevcut aşamada, tekelci aşamada, herhangi bir güç tarafından yürütülen barbar, sömürücü sistem olduğunu reddediyorlar.
Böylece 2.Dünya Savaşı’ndan sonra kazançlı ve güçlü çıkan bu kapitalist güç, ABD, bölgede jeopolitik desteğe, gerekirse şiddetle de olsa, İkinci Dünya Savaşı’nda Sovyetler Birliği’nin faşizme karşı kazandığı zaferin katkısıyla sömürgeciliğin çöküşünden sonra oluşan“kapitalizmin parçaları” olan ülkelerin diğer burjuva sınıflarıyla birlikte pazarlık yapabileceği bir “koruyucu” ve “gözlemci” ye sahip olmayı seçmiştir.
İsrail Devleti’nin varlığı bugün bir gerçektir. Naziler tarafından yapılan Yahudi katliamı, İkinci Dünya Savaşından önce birçok kapitalist ülkelerde teşvik edilen antisemitizm, Filistin devletinin yanında İsrail Devletinin de kurulmasının SSCB ve dünya işçi hareketi tarafından kabul edilmesine yol açtı. Bu karar, İsrail burjuva sınıfı tarafından meydan okurcasına ihlal edildi. Burjuva sınıfı Filistin halkının her hakkını onlarca yıldır, Filistin topraklarının büyük bir kısmının çoğunu ele geçirerek ihlal etmektedir. İsrail’in burjuva sınıfı ve devletine ABD ve AB, ihtiyaç duydukları “müttefikleri” buldular ve bu da onlara, kendi konumlarını yükseltmeye çalışan bölgedeki diğer burjuva sınıflar arasında söz sahibi olma hakkı vermiş oldu. Bu da özellikle SSCB’de sosyalizmin düşmesinden sonra daha kötü yollarla oynanan jeopolitik “çıkar çatışması”, bütün bir halkın kurban olmasına sebep olmuş ki bu, bunca yıldır bir Vatan vaat edilen ama hayali gerçekleşemeyen Filistin halkıdır.
YKP, her halkın haklarına saygı duymakta ve yaptığı açıklamalarda, İsrail devletinin ve burjuva sınıfının takip ettiği siyasetin kurbanının İsrail halkının da ödediğini vurgulamaktadır. Filistin halkına karşı yapılan barbarlığa karşı seslerini yükselten ve mücadele eden Araplar, Yahudiler ve İsrail komünistler, en başta İsrail KP olmak üzere, İsrail’de mücadele eden tüm komünistler ile dayanışmamızı ifade ediyoruz. YKP’nin 21 milletvekili ve 2 Avrupa parlamentosu milletvekili, işgale karşı tutumu nedeniyle İsrail yetkilileri tarafından yargılanan Ofer Kassif ile dayanışma metni imzaladılar.
Milli Kurtuluş mücadelesi ve sosyalizm
Ayrıca çağımızın kapitalizmden sosyalizme geçiş dönemi olduğunu söylerken Filistin halkının milli kurtuluş mücadelesi hakkında emperyalizm koşullarında böyle bir mücadele olup olmadığına ilişkin sorular da dile getiriliyor. Bazıları, YKP’yi eleştiriyor ve YKP’nin diğer tüm durumlarda sosyalizmin gerekliliği ve öneminden bahsettiğini, bu özel durumda ise yalnızca Filistin devleti kurma hakkına odaklandığını söylüyor.
Özet olarak vurgulamak istediğimiz şey şu: Bugün tüm dünyaya tekeller hakim olmaktadır, biz kapitalizmin tekel aşamasında, yani Lenin’in emperyalizm olarak tanımladığı aşamadayız, ama bu hiçbir şekilde milli kurtuluş mücadelesinin yabancı işgaline karşı çıkamayacağı anlamına gelmemektedir. Filistin açısından, bu kendi memleketinde haklara sahip olmak amacıyla işgale karşı yapılan bir savaş, bir milli kurtuluş mücadele savaşıdır. Bu konuda farklı bir fikir olamaz. İsrail ve müttefikleri (ABD, NATO, AB) açısından ise bu, işgali sürdürmeyi ve bölgedeki çıkarlarına hizmet etmeyi amaçlayan haksız emperyalist bir savaştır.
Emperyalizm döneminde YKP, Ulusal Kurtuluş Cephesi(EAM) ve Yunan Halk Kurtuluş Ordusu(ELAS) 1941-1944 döneminde yabancı faşist işgaline (Alman, İtalyan ve Bulgar) karşı diğer direniş örgütlerini oluşturarak böyle bir mücadeleye öncülük etmiştir. YKP, bu büyük direniş destanının aklı, örgütleyicisi ve can damarıdır ve bu mücadeleye öncülük eden Partimizle gurur duymakta ve yapacağımız her türlü eleştiri, Partimizin bu büyük direniş destanını işçi iktidarının davasıyla büyük mücadeleyi birleştirme konusundaki ideolojik- siyasi hazırlıksızlığıyla ilgilidir.
Her kapitalist ülke de olduğu gibi tüm dünyada sosyalizm gerekli ve günceldir, ancak her ülkede halk- işçi mücadelesinin yürütüldüğü koşullar içinde sınıf mücadelesine ivme kazandırabilecek önemli “bağlayıcı hedefler” ortaya çıkar.Komünist Parti, işçi hareketi, halk-işçi güçlerininhazırlıkları eylem ve kitlesel olarak hareket etmeleri, sosyalizm mücadelesinde, bu bağlayıcı hedefleri hesaba katması belirleyici bir konudur.Ve bugün Filistin’de temel “bağlayıcı hedef”, yabancı İsrail işgalinin ortadan kaldırılması ve Filistin devletinin kurulmasıdır.
Sonuç olarak, bu “bağlantı” toplumsal kurtuluş mücadelesi davasına, işçi iktidarına, yeni sosyalist toplumun inşasına bağlayacak bir çizgi oluşturmak, Filistin işçi sınıfının ve onun öncüsü KP’nin görevidir.
Bu mücadeleyi desteklemek ve işgalci güçlerle olan çatışmada onun yanında yer almak, diğer ülkelerdeki gençlere ve işçilere düşüyor.
“İki kutbun” yanlış algısı
Filistin’deki savaşın emperyalist güçler(bir yanda ABD,NATO,AB diğer yanda ise Rusya, Çin, İran vb.) arasındaki bölgesel ve uluslararası rekabetle iç içe olduğu dikkate alındığında, yukarıdaki söylemlerden bölgede iki farklı ama bir o kadar da yanlış algı ortaya çıkmaktadır: 1) ABD emperyalistlerine ve müttefiklerine karşı desteklememiz gereken bir “antiemperyalist kutbun” (İran-Rusya-Çin) kurulduğunu iddia eden bir kutup, 2) İkincisi ise şu anda daha az yaygın olsa da her iki savaş çatışmasının farklı ifadeleri olduğunu yani üçüncü dünya emperyalist savaşının farklı söylemi olduğunu söyleyen aynı yanılgıdır, dolayısıyla Filistin halkının kurtuluş mücadelesini destekleyemediklerini çünkü bu emperyalist çatışmanın bir parçası olduğunu vurgulamaktadırlar.
Bu iki yaklaşımlar, karşıt güçlerin bloklarının oluştuğunu, bir yanda Avrupa-Atlantik güçlerin emperyalist bloğunun bulunduğunu, diğer yanda ise Avrupa bloğunun (Rusya-Çin-İran vb.) oluşumunun doğru olduğunu tespit etse de, ilk görüşün onu sözde “antiemperyalist eksen olarak” çarpıttığı da açıktır. Uygulamada, emperyalizmle ABD ve müttefiklerinin saldırgan politikası olarak yüzleşerek, Çin ve Rusya’nın tekelleri yönettiğini yok sayarak ve bu ülkelerin burjuva sınıflarının kendi planlarını teşvik etmeye çalışarak sınıfsal yaklaşımdan uzaklaşmaktadır.
Rusya, Çin, İran’ın Filistinliler’e desteği, “halkın haklarından” yana olduklarından değil, Amerika’nın bölgedeki planlarını engellemek, işlerini zorlaştırmak ve ona zarar vermek istediklerindendir. Yani bu güçler, kendi çıkarları için bir “anti-emperyalist kutup” oluşturmuyorlar tam tersine kendi tekelleri için çaba harcadıkları için de Filistin mücadelesini destekleme konusunda pek tutarlı olamıyorlar. Diğer ulusal kurtuluş hareketleri ve hatta devrimci hareketler gibi Filistinlerin de İsrail işgaline karşı mücadelelerinde bu çelişkilerden yararlanmaya çalışmaları da başka bir konudur.
İkinci yaklaşım, rakip emperyalist blokların sınıfsal özüne doğru yaklaşırken, emperyalist savaş adına Filistin halkının haklı mücadelesini reddederek büyük bir hataya düşmektedir. Ancak, uluslararası emperyalist çatışma ve hatta savaş koşullarında tarihsel olarak kanıtlandığı gibi, haklı ulusal kurtuluş savaşlarının ortaya çıkması da ihtimal dışı değildir. Bu konular, Birinci Dünya Savaşı koşullarında, Luxemburg’un ilgili hatalı görüşlerine yanıt olarak Lenin tarafından kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır.
Bugün Orta Doğu’da savaşın genelleşmesi hatta Ukrayna’daki savaşla bağlantısı veya yeni cephelerin “açılması” ihtimalinin olduğu bu dönemde, temel güçlerin kendi jeopolitik emelleri için mücadele eden çatışmaların emperyalist karakteri,sadece Filistin halkına verilen destekten vazgeçmeye yol açmamalı, tam tersine bu haklı mücadelenin daha fazla desteklenmesi gerekmektedir.
YKP Ukrayna’daki çatışmada olduğu kadar, Filistin konusunda da tarihin doğru tarafında yer almaktadır çünkü her zaman halkın yanında olup, tekellere, kapitalizme ve halkın kanını döken emperyalistlere karşı savaşmaktadır.
