"On March 3, the third meeting of the "World Anti-Imperialist Platform" begins, which amalgamates confused forces unknown until recently, together with strange to the communist movement political groups. Some exist only in the computers and minds of their spokespersons, such as the non-existent "Collective of Struggle for the Revolutionary Unification of Humanity" or the "Platform for Independence" of Greece.
Others represent ultra-nationalist, racist and reactionary positions such as "Spanish Vanguard" and "Venezuelan Vanguard". Some communist parties have also participated in this strange meeting, several of them immersed in the opportunist and reformist camp for many years and others, perhaps confused or having modified the positions that they held until recently.
We warn the working class and the communists of the continent about the dangerous political line that underlies the “Platform”. Although the word "anti-imperialist" is in its name, its objective is to convince the working class to take sides with the imperialist bloc of China and Russia in the face of an imminent war in Taiwan and South Korea, as can be seen from their statements in Paris and Belgrade last year.
To underpin this idea, they have revived two postulates of the social-chauvinists of the Second International which served as the basis for justifying their support for their respective bourgeoisies during the First World War. Firstly, to reduce the causes of the current wars to a "drive" of US imperialism to maintain its hegemony; while concealing the real contradictions that exist between the world's major economies for control of natural resources, means of transport, geo-strategic positions or local financial institutions. Secondly, to justify the war for the maintenance of the areas of influence of capitalist countries such as Russia or China, under the cloak of "national liberation".
The ideological manoeuvre to reach these dangerous conclusions is to deny the imperialist character of China and Russia. Since it is not possible to hide their capitalist character, it is denied that the world's second and eleventh largest economies, with financial oligarchies and very strong transport, trade and energy monopolies, are imperialist. In its Paris declaration, it is claimed that these countries "do not live from the super-exploitation and plunder of the world", as if the working class of the countries belonging to the Commonwealth of Independent States, not to mention Russia and China itself, were not part of the world, or the savage policy of exporting Chinese capital to Africa were non-existent.
Although not all the organizations presenting the meeting agree with the declarations made in Paris and Belgrade, objectively the Platform is serving to introduce the harmful idea of taking sides with an imperialist side in the war that already has a first scenario in Ukraine. and that it will spread and generalize. There is no room for an anti-imperialist policy, when it seeks to subordinate itself to an imperialist pole, and not fight imperialism at its roots, as the superior phase of capitalism. Today, just like 100 years ago, unity with the opportunists means in fact the subordination of the working class to "its" national bourgeoisie and the alliance with it to oppress other nations and fight for the privileges of every great power, which which represents the split of the revolutionary proletariat of all countries.
In addition to these elements, we want to warn of the provocative nature of the Unified Socialist Party of Venezuela, when carrying out this activity in Caracas, since in recent months its attack against the Communist Party of Venezuela has intensified. In recent weeks, the leadership of the PSUV has attempted a setup against the PCV, which aims to make it illegal. The anti-communist policy of the PSUV that seeks to outlaw and intervene in the PCV cannot be supported by any party that claims to be communist, but rather must be denounced and fought.
For the Communist Party of Mexico it is clear that such an "anti-imperialist platform" is a puppet that is useful for whitewashing one of the sides of capitalist countries participating in the present imperialist war and sowing confusion among the international proletariat, in the same way than those who seek to launder the US, NATO or the Zelensky government.

Nota sobre la Reunión en Caracas de la “Plataforma Mundial Antiimperialista”
El 3 de marzo inicia la tercera reunión de la “Plataforma Mundial Antiimperialista”, que amalgama a fuerzas confusas hasta hace poco desconocidas, junto a grupos políticos extraños en el movimiento comunista. Algunos de estos últimas, que viven únicamente en los computadores y mentes de sus voceros, como el inexistente “Colectivo de Lucha por la Unificación Revolucionaria de la Humanidad” o la “Plataforma por la Independencia” de Grecia. Otras, que representan posiciones ultra nacionalistas, racistas y reaccionarias como “Vanguardia Española” y “Vanguardia Venezolana”. Han participado también en esa extraña reunión algunos partidos comunistas, varios de ellos inmersos en el campo oportunista y reformista desde hace muchos años y otros, tal vez confundidos o que están modificando posiciones que hasta hace poco sostenían.
Advertimos a la clase obrera y a las y los comunistas del continente sobre la peligrosa línea política que subyace en la “Plataforma”. Aunque en su nombre se encuentra la palabra “antiimperialista”, su objetivo es convencer a la clase obrera a tomar partido por el bloque imperialista de China y Rusia frente a una inminente guerra en Taiwán y Corea del Sur, como se desprende sus declaraciones de Paris y Belgrado de finales del año pasado.
Para apuntalar esta idea, han revivido dos postulados de los social-chovinistas de la II Internacional que sirvieron de base para justificar su apoyo a sus respectivas burguesías durante la Primer Guerra Mundial. En primer lugar, reducir las causas de las guerras actuales a un “impulso” del imperialismo estadounidense por mantener su hegemonía; mientras se oculta las contradicciones reales que existen entre las principales economías del mundo por el control de los recursos naturales, los medios de transporte, las posiciones geoestratégicas o las instituciones financieras locales. En segundo lugar, justificar la guerra por el mantenimiento de las áreas influencia de países capitalistas como Rusia o China, bajo el manto de la “liberación nacional”.
La maniobra ideológica para llegar a estas peligrosas conclusiones es negar el carácter imperialista de China y Rusia. Dado que no es posible ocultar su carácter capitalista, se rechaza que la segunda y onceava economías más grandes del mundo, con oligarquías financieras y monopolios del transporte, comercio y energía muy sólidos, sean imperialistas. En su declaración de París, se afirma que estos países “no viven de la superexplotación ni del saqueo del mundo”, como si la clase obrera de los países pertenecientes a la Comunidad de Estados Independientes, por no hablar de la propia Rusia y China, no formaran parte del mundo, o la salvaje política de exportación de capitales chinos a África fuera inexistente.
Aunque no todas las organizaciones ponentes en la reunión coincidan con las declaraciones de Paris y Belgrado, objetivamente la Plataforma está sirviendo para introducir en la clase obrera la nociva idea de tomar partido por un bando imperialista en la guerra que tiene ya un primer escenario en Ucrania y que va a extenderse y generalizarse. No hay cabida para una política antiimperialista, cuando se busca subordinarse a un polo imperialista, y no combatir al imperialismo de raíz, como fase superior del capitalismo. Hoy, al igual que hace 100 años, la unidad con los oportunistas significa de hecho la subordinación de la clase obrera a "su" burguesía nacional y la alianza con ella para oprimir a otras naciones y luchar por los privilegios de toda gran potencia, lo cual representa la escisión del proletariado revolucionario de todos los países.
Aunado a estos elementos, queremos advertir del carácter provocador por parte del Partido Socialista Unificado de Venezuela, al realizar esta actividad en Caracas, ya que durante los últimos meses ha arreciado su ataque contra el Partido Comunista de Venezuela. En las últimas semanas, la dirección del PSUV ha intentado un montaje contra el PCV, que apunta a su ilegalización. La política anticomunista del PSUV que busca ilegalizar e intervenir al PCV no puede ser respaldado por ningún Partido que se precie de ser comunista, sino que debe ser denunciada y combatida.
Para el Partido Comunista de México queda claro que tal “Plataforma antiimperialista” es una marioneta que tiene utilidad para blanquear a uno de los bandos de países capitalistas que participan de la presente guerra imperialista y sembrar la confusión entre el proletariado internacional, de la misma manera que aquellos que buscan blanquear a EEUU, la OTAN o el gobierno de Zelensky.
